How to Fix windows.ui.dll Errors on Windows?

There are various ways in which you could fix errors for windows.ui.dll. Here are a couple of solutions:

  • Download windows.ui.dll from this page and re-install it on your computer.

How to Install windows.ui.dll on my computer?

    • If your Windows is 64-bit, then the 64-bit DLL files should be copied to the C:\Windows\System32\ directory and the 32-bit DLL files should be copied to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ folder.
    • On Windows 32-bit, the file should be copied to the C:\Windows\System32\ folder.
  5. Now search for Command Prompt, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  6. Type the following command and press Enter: regsvr32 windows.ui.dll
    • If registering 32-bit DLL on a 64-bit Windows, then enter the following command instead: regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\windows.ui.dll
  7. Restart your computer and open the application or game to check if the problem is fixed.
