Misaka Package/Tweak Manager
Overview
Misaka is a package manager for both jailbroken and non-jailbroken devices that lets you install tweaks, much like Sileo, Zebra, and other package managers.
It works similarly to Cydia where you can add repos, search for tweaks, and install them to your device with a single tap.
Misaka takes advantage of the MacDirtyCow and kfd exploits to allow non-jailbroken devices to install third-party packages.
It is currently compatible with iOS 15 to iOS 15.7.1 and iOS 16.0 to iOS 16.1.2.
